firstname.lastname@example.org www.ianfraser.biz Artist Statement I like painting faces; ears, noses, teeth. My cartoonist background taught me to simplify my painting to capture feeling and expression. Every time I start a painting I remind myself to above all have fun and then take lots of chances, challenge myself right to the end of the painting, enjoy those happy accidents and hopefully end up with a painting that surprises myself as the painter and a viewer who loves looking at art.
